Spike Chunsoft has announced that YU-NO: A Girl Who Chants Love at the Bound of this World will launch on October 1st on PS4, Nintendo Switch, and PC with Japanese audio and Engish text.
The game will also feature launch edition bonuses, which will contain:
- PS4 – A mini cloth poster featuring Eriko Takeda, the mysterious school nurse at Sakaimachi Academy.
- Nintendo Switch Switch – A download code for 8-Bit YU-NO’s Great Adventure. Experience an action game set in classic 8-bit style featuring the characters from YU-NO!
Furthermore, a $89.99 limited edition version of the game will include the game on top of things like a pillow case, an original soundtrack, a hardcover art book, and a collector’s box. So you get a lot for just a bit more.
Spike Chunsoft said that the PS4 and Nintendo Switch versions will be censored in North America, here are the changes:
- Sala Oasis Scene – A sunbeam is placed over Sala’s naked lower body.
- Symbols – Some cursor interaction symbols have been replaced with the “investigation” symbol. The story content and gameplay remains the same; only the cursor symbol itself has been replaced.
The PC copy of the game will not feature censored content, it will be 100% like the Japanese release.
