Sony Interactive Entertainment’s Santa Monica Studio is heavily expanding for their next title, presumably a God of War (2018) sequel for PlayStation 5. Well, they gained someone that has been in the industry for a long time among some of the biggest studios, and he’s coming on board for Santa Monica’s next title!
Mike Ellis worked on various projects including Halo 4, early Ratchet & Clank PS3 titles, and even worked on Colony Wars, a classic PS1 title that fans fell in love with over 20 years ago so it’s safe to say this man is absolutely important.
I look forward to seeing what he could do at the future of this studio, best of luck, Mike!
