Out of literally nowhere, Square Enix announces a remaster to the PSP game Star Ocean: First Departure. No release date has been set, however it will release worldwide.

An update for the game is scheduled to happen, so Sqaure Enix E3 will likely have a first look at this remaster running on modern hardware.
