Apex Legends, the battle royale game from Respawn Entertainment, is reportedly down 74% in sales since it first launched back in February according to a report from SuperData Research.

The report details that the game generated roughly $24 million over the month of April which is nearly a quarter of what it generated for the month of February. This is likely the consequence of a lack of content updates for the game, with the only current content update having been the Season 1 update released in the middle of March.

Unfortunately, this only looks likely to get worse as the reveal of Season 2 is not going to be until E3 in a few weeks.

What are your thoughts on the update schedule for Apex Legends? We’d love to hear them!
