Alvo, a team based first person shooter similar to Counter Strike, was announced for PS VR, Oculus Rift, and HTC Vive. Unfortunately, the game was canceled due to the loss of funding. Thankfully, someone from the studio has started the game back up with old people from the initial team alongside brand new staff.

The game was slated for 2018 until it was canceled, now it doesn’t have a date. Alvo will support the PlayStation Aim Controller as well, so its free movement.

The game featured 3 game modes:

Search and Destroy, which is a 5 v 5 round based game mode, where one side attempts to plant the bomb and the other team must defend the sites and/or defuse the bomb.

Free 4 All: Every player for themselves, no teams, no mercy..

Domination: This is a game mode based on capturing control spots all over the map, and holding them. The team with the most amount of points at the time limit will win.
