During Inside Xbox, Phil Spencer announced that XO19 would be a thing, and it would take place in London in November 2019. For reference, XO was brought back last year. XO18 was held in Mexico City, and it was a huge success and a very memorable experience for Phil Spencer.

Hey there! I'm a longtime Nintendo fan, and overall just a huge gaming fan! My primary console is the Nintendo Switch, but I also play on PC. My favorite games on the Switch include Xenoblade Chronicles 2 and Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.
