According to a release date change by Amazon Mexico, the upcoming Luigi’s Mansion 3 will creep onto Nintendo Switch on October 4th.
It seems that Amazon Mexico leaked the release date for the upcoming Luigi’s Mansion 3. A Twitter user posted that Amazon changed the release date for Luigi’s Mansion to October 4th. The upcoming game which stars Luigi as he traverses a haunted hotel in search of his friends was not given a release date when it was first announced at a Nintendo Direct. Many people were assuming they were going to announce the release date at E3 2019 but they did not, they probably didn’t announce the release due to being unsure if they could’ve finished the game on time. Thanks to this change of date we can assume that this will be the official launch date for the game. This game will be releasing two weeks after the launch of both the Nintendo Switch Lite and Links Awakening meaning it will have its time to shine before Pokemon Sword and Shield take the reigns in November.
The synopsis for Luigi’s Mansion 3 taken from Nintendo‘s page for the game states the following.
“Luigi embarks on a dream vacation with Mario and friends upon receiving an invitation to a luxurious hotel. However, his dream quickly becomes a nightmare when King Boo reveals everything had been a ploy to capture Mario and friends. With the assistance of Professor E. Gadd once again, the reluctant and cowardly hero Luigi traverses up and down treacherous floors of the now-ominous hotel on a quest to save them.”
Luigi’s Mansion 3 will creep onto the Nintendo Switch on October 4th.
