During a recent Q&A related to their financial earnings in the 2nd quarter, Activision’s President Rob Kostich said he was happy with the reception and sales of Crash N. Sane Trilogy and Spyro Reignited Trilogy. They’re both loved by fans and critics alike and have had strong sales since launch. Because of this, the studio has plans for remasters of more franchises.

Activision certainly has plenty of beloved classics in their catalogue. And it would be exciting to see anything from classic 007 games, to Ultimate Spider-Man, to Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, to Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater. There’s no telling which franchise, or which game is up next for the remaster treatment, but we’re excited to find out. In the words of Kositch:

“Stay tuned for future announcements on remasters of other franchises”
