Ubisoft has revealed that the smash hit Rainbow Six: Siege will be getting a Battle Pass.. we totally did not see this happen. For now, we’re only getting a 7 day trail called Call Me Harry in Ember Rise, meanwhile the full-blown pass will drop alongside Year 4, Season 4.
Our intentions behind it is to reward players more than ever playing our game, and also to provide a progression they can work through whenever they’re playingAlexander Karpazis, Presentation Director at Ubisoft
Unlike other games that reward players for doing tasks, the Rainbow Six pass seems to act differently than other games. The more you play, the more “Battle Points” you collect over time. Most items will be based on cosmetics and items for…. lore, yes, you read that right, lore.
Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six: Siege is available now for PS4, Xbox One, and PC. It will come to Google Stadia via Uplay+ in 2020. Just recently, Alexander Karpazis commented on the game heading to PS5 and the next Xbox. The next Season entitled Ember Rise will launch on September 9th, 2019. It is the 3rd season in Year 4.
