Switch players might wanna get their fighting skills prepped, because Samurai Shodown is coming to the Nintendo Switch on December 12th, 2019 in Japan. This, of course, means anybody with a Japanese account on their Switch has easy access to the Japanese digital version of the game when it releases. The upcoming port of the popular new fighting game will retail for ¥6,345 ($60 in USD). The game will run at a cool, smooth 60 FPS on Switch, and even includes support for single-joycon multiplayer, so you can fight your friends right out of the gate even if you only have the Joycons your Switch comes with. As a neat bonus, early adopters of the game will also receive a Switch port of Samurai Shodown 2 — initially released over 20 years ago on the Neo Geo Pocket Color.
