Sony Interactive Entertainment’s PlayStation Productions has delayed the Uncharted movie to March 5th, 2021, a few months after the December 18th, 2020 release date.

This is because the movie lost its 6th director and hasn’t been taking off that well, additionally Mark Wahlberg joined the cast as Sully after initially playing Nathan Drake but since the movie shifted to a prequel, it makes more sense for Holland to star.

Sony has a hard time getting this movie off the ground, as it originally started in 2007 in the planning phase and went off the loop since. It’s unlikely this movie will see the light of day given the constant delays and drops of directors. Venom director Ruben Fleischer is apparently next in line.
