Former EA Motive Studio and Naughty Dog developer joins The Initiative

This Initiative was founded last year as a new studio to bring new talents and eventually new exclusives to the Xbox family. Today, it was announced that former EA Motive Studio and even former Naughty Dog developer Robert Ryan is now the Senior Systems Designer at Microsoft’s studio. Ryan is credited with is previous work on big blockbusters such as Uncharted 4 and the upcoming The Last of Us Part II.

With Xbox acquiring new studios last year, along with forming The Initiative, Xbox fans could see this is a huge positive for the future of the brand. This generation has for the most part been lackluster with exclusives so with the new additions, we can look at ahead with a more positive outlook.
